CITY OF HEROES - LIBERTY SERVER'S
The SOLUS Foundation
CUSTOM ART BY BRIAN DENHAM
Have your hero or villain drawn by
a professional comics artist!

In an exclusive arrangement made only for members of the SOLUS Foundation and its coalition partners, Marvel Comics artist, Brian Denham, will draw your character based on a screen capture that you provide of your “City Of Heroes” hero or villain.

WHO?

Brian Denham is a friend of the SOLUS Foundation and a professional comic book artist.

His current work can be seen each month in the pages of Iron Man: Hypervelocity from Marvel Comics

His past work includes assignments for Top Cow, DC Comics, Image, Topps, Wildstorm, Lucasfilm, and Antarctic Press.

You can visit him online at www.myspace.com/BrianDenham or you can see some of his art at www.briandenham.com, or at www.danerot.deviantart.com

Brian uses Adobe Illustrator to draw his comics, and you can learn how at his instructional blog at www.illcraft.com

WHAT?

Brian will draw a black and white, inked digital image of your Hero/Villain exactly as he does his work for Marvel Comics, and he will e-mailed it to you.

For an additional charge your image can be colored by professional Marvel colorists.

You can print your artwork any size, or even send it to a publishing bureau for production as a full-sized poster.

A really good printer that delivers high-quality products at an affordable price is www.bigposters.com.  They can make one movie poster sized print for as low as U.S. $20.

WHERE?

You can order your picture online.

Send an e-mail to Mr. Denham at panel2panel@hotmail.com with the subject COH Commission.

Attach a good quality jpeg screenshot of your character to your e-mail.

You will be notified that your e-mail has been received.

You will be notified if you need to send more reference pictures of your character.

If you host your pictures online you can send a link to them in your e-mail.

WHEN?

The commissions will be done on a first come, first served basis according to the order in which your e-mail arrives.

Once you are notified that he is working on your piece, it will be completed within ten days after you make your payment.

WHY?

You love your character and want a piece of original comic art by a working professional comic artist to commemorate its place in your life.

You worked hard to build up a really cool character that reflects a subconscious aspect of your personality.

Someone as unique as you deserves something as special to celebrate its place in your life.

HOW?

Once your e-mail has been received regarding your character and what type of pose you want, you will be notified where you stand in the queue, and will be given an estimate of when your commission will be complete.

Don’t worry, if you need to send more reference, you won’t lose your place in the queue unless it takes longer than two weeks for the reference, then you will be bumped one place in line.

Once you are told you are next in line, you will need to pay for your art.

You can make your payment through Paypal.  If that is not possible, you can e-mail other ideas in your letter regarding payment.  You may be able to work out a separate arrangement with the artist.

Payment must be received before work begins on your commission.

Once the art is completed it will be e-mailed to you.

If there are any additional changes to be made to the piece, the artist can do them at that time.

That’s it, the picture is yours!  Print it, save it as a desktop, share with friends and enjoy!
