Justin came to Paragon City about a week
after his sister Jessi's last call. Worried for her wellbeing, he had |
begun to try tracking her down when the Rikti
invaded for the second time. He was unable to continue his search, and
instead did what he could to help. It was several months before he could
return to his "detective" work. However, the city was no help, and no one
he asked otherwise knew anything. He saw only one course of action: become
a registered hero himself. Within a few days of registering, he met Dr.
Sofia Rabinovich, who actually knew of his sister. She promised to get
him what information she could. He can't help but grow impatient, since
he's so close to finally finding Jessi.
Justin is a self taught mage. He can create
fairly convincing illusions and blinding flashes of light to disable and
addle foes. He also has an ability to read auras which he uses to aid his
allies. He can, and will, channel his own energy into an ally to share
their pain, though this can be dangerous to himself. Justin was born a
Medium, meaning that he is rather sensitive to ghosts, spirits, and the
like, and can communicate with them easily. This power was incredibly difficult
to bear during the Rikti invasion.
