There are a lot of things I'd like to forget.  I'd like to forget being tortured and experimented on.  I'd like to forget how responsible I am for the death of my family, and I'd like to forget her.  Hell, it would be nice if I could forget that my body can generate bone spears all around me.  None of those things are likely, and forgetting will not make the truth fade away.  It will not mean I am forgiven.
