CITY OF HEROES - LIBERTY SERVER'S The SOLUS Foundation VISP
The entire planet had been in a peaceful state of growth for almost a millennium. Despite this fact, Visp’s father, King Araxis, insisted Visp train daily with the monks of the order of Kerindi. Kerindi is an ancient fighting style known only to the Ziken. It was all but forgotten save for a few monks of the ancient order, the king, and Visp. The martial art teaches one to cleanse their entire being and spirit. In later levels of the training one, can utilize this method of meditation and inner nirvana to channel their soul as pure energy and use it as a weapon to defend himself or others. On the very eve of Visp's ascension from the final level of his training, his life was unraveled. His people were mercilessly attacked by a nomadic race of warbringers know as the Wraithol. They attacked the peaceful Ziken with great numbers and powerful weapons. Visp could only watch in horror as the SWARM fell upon his people, and was even forced to watch his own father die. He escaped into the sewer system and was immediately lost. Falling into a slump against the sewer wall, he waited for the Wraithol to discover him…but he was deceived. A thief, named Tharon, had been tracking him as he lumbered noisily through the sewer. Just as Tharon was about to spring on him, he recognized his prince. With Tharon’s help, they escaped to an outlying hanger and piloted a very fast ship, called a Tryke, from their planet. Ziken’s technologies and all of its machines are fueled by water, a precious power source on their planet. Upon astrology searches in the ships navacomputer, Earth proved to be the best landing spot for them to gather their strength and discuss their next steps. The two arrived in Paragon City and scratched for survival in alleyways and dark places, defending the weak when the need arose, when Captain Superior of the SOLUS Foundation came their way. Now, with the Foundation, they continue searching for answers, and for the murdering bastards that stole their lives from them.
